Perfect Pumpkin Roll
Perfect Pumpkin Roll - If you are looking for a yummy fall dessert that will be the favorite of the evening, give this one a try! The cake is so moist and delicious and the cream cheese filling is the perfect compliment in each and every bite!
Ingredients
3 eggs, separate egg yolks and egg whites
1 cup sugar, divided in half
⅔ cup pumpkin puree, I use the canned kind
¾ cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
FILLING
8 oz. softened cream cheese, softened
2 Tablespoon butter, softened
1½ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
