Grandma’s Cucumber Salad



This Grandma’s Cucumber Salad is a light, tangy and healthy dish that could easily pass as a delicious appetizer or guilt-free, late night snack. The freshness of the dill combined with the heat from the red pepper flakes makes for a wild tasteful ride. Let’s not forget about the health benefits from apple cider vinegar, too.

INGREDIENTS

4 medium cucumber
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon dill finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
