Cinnamon Butter Fat Bombs

These cinnamon butter fat bombs are a great way to add some healthy grass-fed butter to your diet!


1 pound salted butter, preferably grass-fed
1/4 cup honey (OR, substitute all or part of the honey with your favorite low-calorie sweetener to taste; personally I like 1 tablespoon honey and 20 drops SweetLeaf clear liquid stevia)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Salt to taste, if using unsalted butter


  1. Allow butter to soften on your counter until it is slightly squishy.
  2. Add butter, cinnamon, honey/stevia, and vanilla extract to your food processor. Process for a couple of minutes to mix ingredients and achieve slightly whipped taste. Stop food processor as necessary to scrape down the bowl and reincorporate ingredients.
